The Georgia Electronic Life Safety & Systems Association (formerly GBFAA) is now offering scholarship awards to children of active-duty police and fire personnel through the Shorty N. Cogland Memorial Scholarship Fund.

The scholarship award in the amount of $1,500 for first prize, is available to qualified high school seniors. For eligibility rules, please see the  full scholarship application here .

The application must be postmarked by  March 24, 2017  and mailed in to the designated address for consideration.
